Introduction to Bead Making is a four-hour class that focuses on safety, making a round bead, several shapes and patterns.

This class allows students lots of time to experiment and get comfortable with the equipment and materials. Classes are taught Saturdays or Sundays, 9am - 1pm. $120, including materials. Classes for groups of four or more can be arranged at your convenience.

Lots of Dots is a four hour class. In this class, students will work on refining a  round bead, pulling stringers, accurate dot placement and dot decoration. There are "Lots of Dots" in this class! Stacked dots, raked dots, twisted dots, dots with bubbles, dot flowers and more....Classes are taught Sat. or Sun., 9am - 1pm. $100, including materials. Additional Torch Time is available for practice from 1pm - 4pm @ $10./hr.

Fantastic Foil is a four hour class. In this class, students will work with silver foil and leaf. We will make silvered ivory stringer & frit, encase silver foil as well as reduce it on the surface and use reduction frits.  This is the class for organic beads and backgrounds....Classes are taught Sat. or Sun., 9am - 1pm. $100., including materials. Additional Torch Time is available for practice from 1pm - 4pm @ $10./hr.

Having difficulty with casing? stringers?  buttons? hollow beads?These classes are for you!! 

CASING is a 4-hour class. In this class, students will learn four different casing techniques, and their applications.  Stripe casing for barrels, paddle casing for a thin clear coat, blob casing for that deep paperweight magnification and disk casing for striped effects...Classes are taught Sat. or Sun., 9am - 1pm. $100., including materials. Additional Torch Time is available for practice from 1pm - 4pm @ $10./hr

STRINGERS is a  4-hour class. Students will focus on making and applying stringers. Students will learn to make 'twisties' and striped cane, and apply the stringer in a continuous ring around a bead, on the diagonal and in a serpentine pattern.
Classes are taught Sat. or Sun., 9am - 1pm.  $100., including materials. Additional Torch Time is available for practice from 1pm - 4pm @ $10./hr.

TORCH TIME for practice is available Thursdays 10am - 4pm &  from 1pm - 4pm on class days. (no torch time available after Intro classes) $10/hr./Two hour minimum. An 11 hour punch card will be available for $100. A starter kit -20 mandrels, a block & bead release is available for $20. Glass from the wall is $1- 2 a rod, and $4 a bundle (approx.1/4 lb.)
